The Incident Management Teams Association (IMTA) Training & Education Symposium and Symposium Training Academy hosts breakout and plenary sessions scheduled over six days designed to develop and strengthen the efforts of incident management teams. Attendees are industry leaders with a variety of backgrounds who come together to network, share best practices and lessons learned, and explore new technology and tactics.
The Symposium Training Academy will take place over the 4 days prior to the Training & Education Symposium. Trainings will include Position Specific courses and workshops.
All contracts for exhibiting or sponsoring must be completed through this online form. By completing the online registration, the company is agreeing to the exhibitor and sponsor contract rules (provided on the Sponsorship Prospectus).
Early Bird Ends October 15th!
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to IMTA no later than December 2, 2026. Approved refunds will be issued minus a 50% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after December 2, 2026. Exhibitors who pay in full but do not attend the Symposium will forfeit the entire booth rental fee.
