We are excited to announce the opening of nominations for the prestigious IMTA Awards. Your participation in nominating deserving individuals and teams is crucial to recognizing excellence within our community and highlighting the dedication and hard work of our members.
The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, December 24 at 3pm EST.
Member of the Year Award
Eligible Members: Any IMTA member for more than 24 months Award Criteria: At the heart of IMTA are those individuals who give so freely of their time to further the IMTA mission. The Member of the Year Award is IMTA’s highest honor. This award acknowledges an outstanding individual for their extraordinary efforts in helping their fellow incident management professionals by supporting IMTA.

Eligible Teams: Any IMT with at least two IMTA members Award Criteria: Recognizes the contributions of an IMT that has gone above and beyond to support IMTA's mission and activities.

New Member of the Year Award
Eligible Members: Any IMTA Member for less than 24 months Award Criteria: This award recognizes the contributions of a member that has joined in the last 24 months and has gone above and beyond the role of a regular member in support of IMTA.

Early Bird Ends January 15th!
All refunds and cancellations of exhibit booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to IMTA by February 12, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.

Lodging: S.C. State Fire campus, single-occupancy lodging is offered in the dormitory, first come, first served at a rate of $55/night. Bedding and towels are provided.
Meals: $20/day. All students attending this event will be responsible for paying for their daily breakfast/lunch in the campus cafeteria. Dinner is on your own.
Airport: Closest airport is Columbia International Airport (CAE).
Transportation: Palmetto IST is willing to provide airport pick up/drop off for attendees staying on the State Fire campus and to shuttle back/forth from the partner hotel, so they can avoid renting a car.
