All contracts for exhibiting or sponsoring must be completed through this online form. By completing the online registration, the company is agreeing to the exhibitor and sponsor contract rules (provided on the Sponsorship Prospectus).
Early Bird Ends January 15th!
All refunds and cancellations of exhibit booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to AHIMTA by February 12, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.
